Project Overview:
"Supermart Maddness" is a video game project that thrusts players into the frenzied world of a new employee tackling their first Black Friday shift. Presented in a top-down, hoard-based format, the game challenges players to navigate a chaotic shopping environment and survive the onslaught of savings-hungry customers. This unique and immersive gaming experience promises a thrilling blend of strategy and excitement.

Responsibilities and Achievements:
1. Project Management:
- Orchestrated the overall production process, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among the three-member team throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Developed and maintained project timelines, milestones, and task assignments, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery despite the tight timeframe.
2. Art Direction and Leadership:
- Led the artistic vision of the game, defining the visual style, aesthetic, and overall creative direction to align with the game's narrative and player experience.
- Collaborated with team members to establish a cohesive art style that enhanced the immersive quality of the game, contributing to its overall appeal.
3. Asset Creation and Implementation:
- Personally contributed to the creation of key visual assets, including character designs, environments, and in-game elements, showcasing a hands-on approach to the artistic aspects of the project.
- Coordinated the integration of art assets into the game engine, ensuring seamless compatibility and visual consistency throughout the gameplay.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Conducted rigorous playtesting and quality assurance processes to identify and address any bugs, glitches, or gameplay issues, ensuring a polished and enjoyable gaming experience for end-users.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Fostered a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing among team members.
- Worked closely with programmers, designers, and fellow artists to address challenges, brainstorm creative solutions, and optimize the project workflow.
6. Deadline Adherence:
- Successfully guided the team in meeting the project's tight deadline, demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills to deliver a fully realized game within the specified timeframe.

By fulfilling the roles of Producer and Art Lead, I played a pivotal role in transforming the concept of "Supermart Maddness" into a tangible and engaging gaming experience, contributing to its success within the challenging timeframe.
